I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT), having practiced for well over 30 years. Licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia, I am in private practice in Northern Virginia seeing Individuals, Couples, and Families, for the treatment of Relationships and Emotional and Mental Health needs.

Keeping in mind family system theory, I use a cognitive, psychodynamic, and supportive approach, as well as encouraging support with your spiritual faith. My sessions are also very interactive, resulting in my ability to provide immediate feedback.

Having seen thousands of patients, I am able to quickly assess your present situation to help meet your needs. My approach is to work with you, not on you. I often say, “I hold with one hand and push with the other”.
